He started off his career as a Senior Engineer at the Redwood City headquarters of Oracle corporation. He later joined a renowned CRM company, Siebel Systems as a project team lead.

It is basically an AI-based platform that can be customized to meet specific business requirements. The platform seamlessly processes resumes, sets up interviews, helps the applicants and new employees, etc. In short, ChoozeHire has revolutionized the recruitment process.
SkillWiki: This is a non-profit startup that Kishore Pallapothu launched to help IT workers develop their skills. The low-wage IT workers who are unable to grow higher up in their career because they cannot afford to study higher courses and upgrade their skills benefit from it. SkillWiki offers hands-on training and practical knowledge to the needy for free, along with granting access to various valuable resources.
